Is there any way to unsubscribe from a list box?

I tried args.cancel = true

We have checked your reported query and we would inform that we have already logged this as a defect “Provide support to prevent drop item and prevent removing the drag item from the listbox” and fix of this issue will be included in our Essential Studio 2019 Volume 4 release.
