Nav List Card Page/NavigationModel.cs error

From the UI Kit, when you add a Navigation/Navigation List Card Page, there is an error in the NavigationModel.cs/ItemImage property 'App.BaseImageUrl' - Cannot resolve symbol error.

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support. 

The reported issue is not reproduced at our end. We have prepared a sample for your reference. Please find the sample from the below location. 

Also, by default App.BaseImageUrl property is added in App.xaml.cs while we include the screen template in the application.
