Site error - PDF link to download docs is broken

The link to download the Xamarin docs in PDF form causes an error.

eg, on the page https://help.syncfusion.com/xamarin/release-notes/v17.2.0.34?type=all

it links to

https://s3.amazonaws.com/files2.syncfusion.com/ug/pdf/essential-studio/v17.3.0.14/Syncfusion-Xamarin.zip

this shows an AWS error
