Implementing a hierarchical-grid with dotted expansion view

I need to implement a hierarchy grid as follows: Can you please let me know if this is already implemented or any sort of sample with some other styling?

We have checked the layout. We already have TreeGrid control, which suits to your required layout. Please take a look at the below demo link and confirm that for your requirement that you want to use Grid or Tree-Grid and  share the dataSource Model(Data for the layout) .
