Increase width of timeframe in scheduler

In Scheduler we have time frame which show up the time .Like 8am -9am- 10am.

How can we increase the width of timeframe.So if i have an appointment  of 15 min, then it will be visible more feasible way and more width .As of now if we have appointment with 10 min ,if will display very small.
