Want to add dynamic data with needle pointer from c# code and make it movable dynamically as per data

Hello sir

Good Morning

I want to make my needle pointer movable dynamically as per data. I need to bind data to needle pointer in my circular gauge with the c# code so that my pointer can move as per his value pass to it from c# code. So please let me know that how can we do that, I'm new here to WPF. Please help me It's very urgent.

I'm using the syncfusion version 17.3.0.14 WPF. 

I'm adding below my requirement as an attachment. I can do that statically....!!!  but unable to do that dynamically...  because f I don't know how to pass data from backend to UI to Needle pointer value. Kindly help me ASAP.
