Grid rows (and custom cells) are not displayed at once

Hello!

My grid rows are not really displayed at once, custom column cells are also loaded each by each.

The example grids are loaded and displayed at once - anything special to configure to achieve that? (My data is loaded and set at once!)

Any help is much appreciated!
