how to bind the values to radio button in a nested array

how to bind the values of radio button in a array list

i have a nested array if i select one radio  button in the second array list the selected radio button in the first array list got unselected 

for example i have a list of array 

my first array is

1.what is your fav food 

options  for this is nested array 

   1.idly 

   2.dosa 

my second array is

2.what is your fav color

the options for this is nested array of this array

1.red 

2.blue

if i go to second array and select the blue option then the option selected in the first array is unselected
