ej2_instances[0] methods

Hi,

Could you please direct me to a documentation that contains methods associated with each ej2_instances[0]. For instance, in "document.getElementById('ej2Tab').ej2_instances[0].items", where can I look for other available methods like "items"? I am using razor pages on asp.net core osx.
