We have validated your issue. Please find the validation details in below, 

We were able to reproduce your reported issue when different packages referred on in package.json. We suspect that, you are using different version of ej2-popups and ej2-angular-popups packages. You can use the same versions on ej2-popups and ej2-angular-popups packages like below, 

package.json 

 "@syncfusion/ej2-popups": "17.2.46", 

"@syncfusion/ej2-angular-popups": "17.2.46" 

 

Note: Also, please make sure that @syncfusion/ej2-base version is to be same with other components package version.

If you are using ej2-angular-popups packages only, can you please share your code or modify the above sample with your issue. So, that we will check the issue and provide the solution as soon as possible.
