Mouse Scrolling over resource group section does nothing

While scrolling on the calendar itself makes the schedule scroll down, hovering over the resource section and scrolling does nothing.

I've recreated it with the demo located at https://ej2.syncfusion.com/demos/#/material/schedule/timeline-resource-grouping.html.
