I have a Datasource to MSSQL that uses default OLEDB selected within the Report Designer and all dates is returned as string so Date formatting does not work. This looks like bug as OLEDB to ODBC driver does not has this problem.

We have validated the reported issue with 4.1.0.25 report server version and it has been working fine. So, could you please share your report with us and ensure the dataset schema whether dataset field is in DateTime type at your end.

Our field is only Date and not Datetime.
