Low Performance When Load the Dashboard Server

Hi Support Team,
I have an issue, after I upgrade version of dashboard server to 3.2.0.71, the application performance getting slower than before, when i want to access the application, i wait too long until the login page is appear. Then, after login, when i want to view the dashboard, i still have to wait too long. 
But, if I restart the Syncfusion Dashboard Server and UMS in IIS(Internet Information Services) Manager, the application performance back to normal again and i don't have to wait too long.
Do you know, how can it happend?

Hi Juliana,  

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support.  

When you load the Syncfusion Dashboard Server for the first time, we will initialize all the necessary data and the browser will download the required resources (scripts, styles, etc). Hence the first load will take some more time compared to the consecutive page loads.  

Could you please inspect the browser and share the screenshot of the browser network tab in the below scenarios ?  

  1. Clear existing cookie, cache and share the screenshot of very first load after installation (Login page and Dashboard page)
  2. Reload the dashboard page and share the screenshot.
  3. Restart the IIS, then load the dashboard page and share the screenshot.

Let us know if you need further assistance on this.
