Resource Image Not Rendering when Any other Resource

Hello,

We Need to Inplement Feature Like Resource Load Dyanamically From Database With Resource image.I had tried to set In Resource Template background Image.but this work only static Data like if only 2 Resource we can add static Style tag and Set image but in our requirement Image Load from Database.I had added some Custom Code in Work on Web view but in Mobile when we change Other Resource Image is not render Again.

Can you please help how to load Image Dynamically in Web and Mobile View ?
