SfNumericTextBox and SfNumericUpDown are not editable on UWP

hi,

in UPW I can't edit the Value of SfNumericTextBox and SfNumericUpDown any more

even not by Keyborad (Up and down is workin in NumericUpDown but no typed Numbers)
