Week numbers are wrong when changing first day of week

I using a schedule component to display only the months. The week numbers are important for us and we are located in Hungary, so the first day of week should be Monday. However If i configure the the component this way, the week numbers are wrong for every week (incremented by 1). Check out the first week of a year, it starts with 2.
