Unable to set category colors in column chart. All columns are same color.

Unable to set category colors in column chart. All columns are same color.
I am using a column chart and can't set the category colors to each be a different color. The colors work for series, but not for categories. When I add a series, the columns become extremely skinny. So, I'd rather stick with categories.

Hi Paul,
Currently we don’t have support to change the series color based on category expression. So, we have considered this as a feature and logged a feature request on this. We don’t have immediate plan to implement this feature at our end and it will be included in any of our upcoming releases. You can keep track of this features from the feedback portal below.
