Can PDFViewer be used strictly on client in Angular application?

We need to be able to use PDF Viwer on client only. So, we can get data from our WebAPI as Base64, or as direct download link.

Can PDF viwer work like this or it needs server-side support/services?

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 

Our PDF Viewer control is both server and the client side oriented. It processes the PDF document stream in the server side and send the processed PDF data (in JSON format) to the client using  controller to render the PDF document and for further operations in PDF viewer.
