To check you’r warranty status you need to enter 11 to 12 digits value which is located next to the bar codes on the bottom of the product label.There is also an another way you can also enter you’r 22 digits serial number.
To find you’r acer model number/series then you have to look on the top bottom of you’r laptop. In some case it is located at the lower right hand side of LCD screen. You can also find the model on the acer aspire by pressing the windows key and typing “dxdiag” and then click the “dxdiag exe” link.
The things which was not covered under warranty are:
- Physical damage, internal damage.
- Missing keys, defective keywords.
- Dots on laptop screen, Broken laptop screen.
- When you break you’r OEM seal ( Never try to open you’r laptop on you’r own, warranty may void)
- If any user installed software.
- Loss of files like photos, videos many other.
- Any electrical short circuit.
- Breakage, damage, laptop theft
