CardLayout loses CardName

I have created a custom wizard using the cardlayout control. There are 7 panels that the cardlayout manages and the CardName is set on all of them. However; sporadically at design time, the "CardName on cardLayout1" gets set back to "". Has anyone seen this before?

1. Version of Essential Suite being used

2. A sample application, showing the above mentioned problem
