Error on adding Resources in visual studio 2017

Hi

I am new in xamarin developement.I am using visual studio 2017 for xamarin Android development.Most of the time but not every time i am getting error when adding resources (Error like resources not found). But when i restart visual studio 2017 then error gone.

I want to know why this happens?
