Is it possible to drag and drop the tabs to reorder the tabs? I have the need that my end users need to put content into the tabs and then then they decide how to combine the information. It's like writing separate paragraphs and then figuring out which one comes after which one.

Currently there is no support to reorder the tab items. So, we will consider this as a feature request and will include it in any of our upcoming releases. You can track this by using the following feedback portal link.
