Dashboard app Stop working after 2 days - Iphone

Dear Syncfusion,
I start using the syncfusion app for ios (iphone), but every 2 days stop working, the dashboards can be seeing in the list but after click on one of those nothing happens, we need to uninstall and reinstall the app and start working again. There is something i need to do to avoid this?

The issue “Dashboard app stop working” is a known issue in our side and we are working to fix this issue. We have planned to release a new version of mobile app along with this issue fix by the first week of July.

Thanks for the patience.   
 
We have fixed this issue in both Android and iOS apps, we have submitted it to the Store. Those apps are currently under review and yet to publish.   
 
We will update you once it is approved by the Store and published in live.

You can update the latest version of Android mobile app from the play store. Please find the latest mobile app details from the link below,     

We have initiated the iOS app publishing and it is not yet published to live. We will let you know once the iOS app is published in live.
