TabView, ListView and Add Button

I have a TabView on my ContentPage. It has let's say 2 tabs, Dogs and Cats. The user clicks on the Dogs tab and a list of dogs appears. The user clicks on the Cats tab and a list of cats appear. I want to have an add button. (Add Dogs and Add Cats). What is the Mobile Phone standard? Where should the Add button appear?
