Diagram control doesn't work properly

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 

 

We have logged “Exception raised while rendering multiple parent layout” as an issue. The fix for this issue will be available in our volume 2 release on end of June 2019.

It works with the last beta, but if you configures the diagram this way the diagram doesn't show anything:

  MultipleParent.DiagramModel.Constraints = Syncfusion.JavaScript.DataVisualization.DiagramEnums.DiagramConstraints.Default

            | Syncfusion.JavaScript.DataVisualization.DiagramEnums.DiagramConstraints.Routing

            | Syncfusion.JavaScript.DataVisualization.DiagramEnums.DiagramConstraints.Bridging

We can reproduce the reported issue at our end. We have logged “Exception raised while setting diagram LineRouting constraints” as a defect. The fix for this issue is estimated to be available on 30^th July 2019.

We have fixed the reported issue of “Exception raised while setting diagram LineRouting constraints” and provided the patch in below script file "ej.web.all.min.js" and  diagram file "ej.diagram.min.js" file of version "17.1.0.42".
