Example of converting a byte array (tiff) to a PDF?

I am looking for an example or documentation on the proper way to convert a Tiff format file held in a byte array to a PDF document. Single or multi-page.

I am evaluating the Syncfusion libraries as a replacement for some existing libraries including iTextSharp.
