Dear Syncfusion, 
I have a problem when i create groups, the Users its ok i can create and Sync, but the groups cannot.


I create 5 groups and 5 users.


But in the dashboard after sync only users can be seeing.




How can i fix this?  Thank You.

Hi Juan,  

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 
  
Whenever you add any user/group in UMS, it should have access for the application.    
  
If you enabled “Allow access to all users”, the application has access for all users and it will be added to the Dashboard Server when you Synchronize.    
So only, the newly added user is added to the Dashboard Server when you Synchronize.    
  
But for providing access for Groups, you have to select each and every group and provide access. Please refer the UG documentation below,    
  
All the group which have access to the application will be added to the Dashboard Server when you Synchronize.    
Note: To provide access to individual Groups, you have to disable “Allow access to all users”.
