Adding in Batch mode interferes with validation

I am trying to bulk add phone numbers in batch mode but batch add creates a [object Object] when adding causing it to fail validation and I can't click add a second time even if I fix the text box to add a phone number.

Based on your query we suspect that you want to an add number in a cell but it is shown as [object object]. If column’s type is not set then mentioned issue will occur. So, please set column’s type in columns definition.
