Hi ! How can I get the first empty row within an excel spreadsheet with XLSIO ?

Thanks. Now one more question, How can I get the first empty cell in a range.. Because, I want the first empty row but I want to exclude a column.. because I have text or formule in column A, So I want the first empty row , checking a cell B from B11...

We have modified the sample to get the first empty row from the specified range B11 and the sample can be downloaded from the following link.
