Showing the system menu on a form without caption or border

Hi! I have a splash screen like form which has no border or caption. I would still like to show the system menu when I press the right button on a particular area of the form (a self drawn caption) and in the minimized state (when on the task bar). Does anyone know how to do it? (even using Win32 interoperability?)
