How can I globalize the XLValidate function depending on the culture? e.g. I have a decimal DVRule that I would like to use the correct decimal separator for the culture, also the message displayed when the value is invalid.

We have checked your reported requirement “To globalize the XLValidate function depending on the culture” and we would like to let you know that currently we have not provided this support in our Spreadsheet. However, we have considered this as a feature and it will be available in any of our upcoming releases. You can track the status of this feature using below link from our feedback portal.
