Hi Ariel, 
 
Greetings from Syncfusion. 

You can refer the below mentioned UG documentation link to compress the PDF documents generated from TIFF to PDF conversion. 
 
You can change the ImageQuality property in the PdfCompressionOptions to vary the image quality and output PDF size .

Hi Ariel, 

Please note that the previously provided solution will reduce the file size of the PDF converted  from TIFF.  
Are you trying to convert the PDF file to TIFF and reduce the TIFF image size?. Please let us know your exact requirement to give you a better solution.
