The annotations in my gauges are not displaying in version 16.4.0.48. No issue with version 16.4.0.47. Also no issue with iOS or Windows. Just Android and version 16.4.0.48.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We have already noticed the issue and fixed. The fix will be available in our upcoming Volume 4 SP 1 release which is scheduled to be rolled out on 5th February 2019.
