I'm using SfPdfViewer to view stored pdf file in my assets. Is it possible to view and utilize sfPdfViewer when my device is not connected on the internet?

SfPdfViewerControl does not require internet connection to view the PDF documents that are stored locally. Please find the documentation link below to load the PDF document as embedded resource from local storage in the SfPdfViewerControl.
