KeyPress firing multiple times on UWP (Video attached)

Hello.

I have a tester that when she tries to enter a value into a SfNumericTextBox on UWP, the character gets entered multiple times. As if the key press event is firing continuously.

Currently, it only happens on her computer and it only happens with Versions of SyncFusion greater than 16.3.0.36. (According to our source control, the issie coincides with our update from 16.3.0.36 to 16.4.0.42)

If she reverts back to an older version of the app with Sync Fusion 16.3.0.36 it does not happen. We did not change any of our code where this is occurring.

We have validated the reported issue "Entering single digit number makes double digit on SfNumericTextBox" and we are able to reproduce the reported issue. This fix will be included in our upcoming Volume 4 Service Pack 1 release which is scheduled to be rolled out by first week of February 2019.
