We have validated the reported issue and we are considering “Blur event is not triggered while changing focus directly from one RTE to another RTE” as defect and the fix will be included in our upcoming patch release.

We have validated the reported issue and we have confirmed "Console error is thrown in IE with router navigation in RTE" as a defect. It will be fixed and included in our upcoming patch release.
