SecondaryDrawerSettings doesn't fill the screen

Hello,

I created a SecondaryDrawerSettings with DrawerFooterHeight equals to 0, and it doesnt' fill the screen when open.

We are able to reproduce the reported issue with SfNavigationDrawer SecondaryDrawerSettings which has been already fixed. We will share you the patch along with your reported issue with Toggled and Closing events in the support incident created. Please have further followup with that incident.
