Are work items publicly listed anywhere?

So we finally upgraded our version of Syncfusion and we are seeing some different (better) behavior. I am trying to figure out what changed, so I am going through the release notes of the versions we skipped. However, on a lot of the entries it will say that, for example, "#214401 ArgumentException will no longer occur when loading a PDF". Is there anywhere we can get more info on these items so that I can tell if this particular ArgumentException pertains to one of our scenarios? It would help us to understand what fixed a couple of issues in our code after the upgrade. Thank you!

Greetings from Syncfusion. 

So far, the work items are internally maintained, and it cannot be viewed. We have introduced our feedback portal recently, where the user can log their bugs and feature requests. If the bugs are created publicly by the users through feedback portal, it can be viewed by anyone.
