Update table of content of the MS Word not working properly. Please see the image. 

Is there any solution on this issue?

We could see the image shared in your update is broken and so unable to find the exact issue which is occurring at your end. Kindly share us the image and the issue causing Word document as an attachment in the forum. This information will be helpful for us to provide a prompt and quick solution.

Hi Ariel, 
Thank you for your update. 
We have analyzed the given screenshot to reproduce the reported issue, but TOC was updated properly. Please confirm whether the TOC is improperly updated only while using UpdateTableOfContents or using Microsoft Word application(as mentioned in your update on 25 November 2018). We also suspect that the issue might be document specific.  So, kindly share the issue causing input document for further analysis. 
Note: If document contains any confidential information then you can replace it with dummy data or send the issue causing Word document to our support mail ID - support@syncfusion.com by quoting this forum id in the subject line.
