Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support. 

 

We have checked your reported issue “Icons are not shown properly in context-menu/icons-and-navigation documentation demo sample” and we can reproduce it in our end. The cause of this is due to we have removed some unused icons from our ej2-base icon library which included these icons in it. This has been done from the latest version of v16.3. Please refer the below release notes for more details.

We will resolve this issue and refresh it in online with our upcoming Essential Studio 2018 Volume 3 Service Pack 1 release which is expected to be rolled out in this month. We appreciate your patience until then.

Please note that this issue also affects the icon in the pager component.

I'm using a different icons from the default one. It should works if we define a custom icon right ?
