Based on your shared requirement, we have prepared an example of our scheduler loaded with more than 50 resources and 1000 appointments on the current view and you can check it from the following link for how it works.
Also, as per your shared information, we have also included the sample with different working hours set for resources, which can be seen from the following link.
Currently there is no default option in scheduler to achieve the pagination option, but it can be achievable from application end for now. As a replacement to pagination, we are already implementing the virtual loading of resources (support to load resources dynamically on scrolling) for performance improvement of resource loading, which is currently in progress and will be available in the mid of November 2018. Therefore, once this feature is available, it can replace the paging requirement. Until then, the pagination option can be used from application end. We are currently including the pagination option in the above shared example, and the same will be updated to you by tomorrow on 26th October 2018.
