Last splitter content jumps into the next line

In my sample i have created a simple splitter with three contents. left/center/right (blue/red/green)

The size of the splitters should fill the parent element respectively the whole browser window.

Sometimes if i move the left or the right splitter, the content on the right side looks like that it is empty. This also appears sometimes if i switch the window to fullscrren or window mode.

If you are looking for the right(green) part in the data you will find this at the bottom of the splitter!

I think in this case the contents should always be side by side not among themselves.

In my environment i get a scrollbar on the right side and this scrollbar needs some place and therefore maybe the size for the width of the contents will not be calculated correct.

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support. 

We are able to reproduce the reported issue at our end. And, this issue is already a known issue form our side and it was fixed. Hence, the fix for this issue will be included in our upcoming Volume 3 SP1 release which is expected to be rolled out in the end of this month. Until then we suggest you to make use of the below workaround. 

$( window ).resize(function() {   

              $("#outterSplitter").ejSplitter("refresh");  // refresh the splitter on the window resize event 

              });

If have checked the bugfix with the new version 16.3.0.29. 

It looks like the the bug is fixed in case of resizing the browser window but the bug also occurs if one of the splitters was resized as mentioned in the first post.

We have fixed the issue in Splitter with window resize and we were unable to replicate the issue ” Sometimes if i move the left or the right splitter, the content on the right side looks like that it is empty.”  with splitter resize at our end with a simple sample.  

We suspect the issue might specific to application and might be specific to certain machine dimensions. So, would you please kindly share the below details to help us proceed further? 

1.       Your screen dimensions and configurations. 

2.       Are you facing issue with the sample shared in your last update or in your application? 

 

3.       Are you facing any script error during splitter resize? 

4.       The view page of your application to replicate the issue if possible. 

The details you provide will help us in finding the exact cause of the issue and provide a prompt solution at the earliest.

Answers for your questions:

1) 1920x1080 (i think one setting for text is set to 150% instead of 100% in windows display settings; normally set on laptop i think) 

2) The problem occurs with the sample from the first post, and also with the added new sample (only version changed to 16.3.0.29)

3) I can't see any script errors

4) reproducible with sample (most time every second move of splitter makes the last tab invisible)

Problem occurs with Chrome browser and also with Internet Explorer but not as many i think.
