Dashboard Error opening old version .sydx files

Question

Hi Support Team,

Since i upgrade my Dashboard Designer & Dashboard Server to Version V3.1.0.113 , whenever i open my old dashboard files (.sydw) i would get an error. Can you help me to check why this error recurrent to all my old .sydw. Please advise me what i need to do in order to overcome with this problem. I need to edit all my dashboard but after my upgrading to the current version of Dashboard designer & Dashboard Server, it seams that i have to recreated all my Dashboard again even thought i try to import my older 'sydw' but the error still occur.

Thank you for using Syncfusion products. 

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.  We are able to reproduce this issue, and fix for this issue will be available in our upcoming version of Dashboard Designer. Please let us know if you need the fix as a custom build with the current version 3.1.0.114.

Hi Surya,Yes, I’m happy to get your custom build for current version. The problem is with the Designer or Dashboard Server if could know about it. After upgarding to current version all my old dashboard file when i wanted to reedit the Dashboard sydw file, Datasource within the Dashboard file will give me and error. We have fixed the reported issue “While open and re-configure sydw file in dashboard throws error” and find the custom build with the version 3.1.0.114 in the below link,

Hi Surya,Thank You very much for providing me with your custom build Dashboard Designer, i have tested it now i can open almost all my sydw file without any errors, but unfortunately i can't save to publish it on current Dashboard server due to different version. Kindly install the following Server build to resolve the version compatibility problem.  

Server : http://files2.syncfusion.com/Installs/DashboardServer/DP_HidzirAdam/26-10-2018/syncfusiondashboardserver_3.1.0.114_24102018_185719.exe  

Server Unlock Key: @332e312e30K1btvvepT+/bupOztj69uvSir6Gxq0kDjfksVelsoOY=   

If you are using SDK build also, kindly upgrade that too into 3.1.0.114 version by installing the following SDK setup: 

SDK : http://files2.syncfusion.com/Installs/DashboardServer/DP_HidzirAdam/26-10-2018/syncfusiondashboardplatformsdk_3.1.0.114_24102018_185719.exe
