<radialMenu:SfRadialMenuItem ItemHeight="80" ItemWidth="80">
                        <radialMenu:SfRadialMenuItem.View>
                            <Grid HeightRequest="80" WidthRequest="80">
                                <Grid.RowDefinitions>
                                    <RowDefinition Height="Auto"/>
                                    <RowDefinition Height="Auto"/>
                                </Grid.RowDefinitions>
                                <Image Grid.Row="0" x:Name="imglikecomment" Source="ic_like_comment.png"  HeightRequest="50" WidthRequest="50" HorizontalOptions="Center" VerticalOptions="Center" />
                                <Label Grid.Row="1" Text="Curtir + Comentar" FontSize="Micro" TextColor="#7bb0df" HorizontalOptions="Center" VerticalOptions="StartAndExpand"/>
                            </Grid>

Hi Marcelo,

Greetings from Syncfusion.
You can achieve your requirement by setting the WidthRequest and HeightRequest for the Label. We have prepared a sample to show the image and label in the RadialMenu items in the Xamarin.Forms.iOS platform. Please find the sample from the below link.

Please check the sample and let us know if you have any concerns.

The text appeared but is not centralized. I don´t know why. And the label that the text is "Curtir + Comentar" is "jumping" the lines and I want like the above icon (Triple Like)

The other problem is the Second radio menu...I can´t apply padding at the Sides Icons...So, the text occupies the image center icon...

I attached the code.

Hi Marcelo,

Your requirement can be achieved by setting the VerticalTextAlignment and HorizontalTextAlignment property as center in the Label control. With the given code snippet, we have prepared a sample to display the text in the center. Please find the sample from the below link.

Query 2: I can´t apply padding at the Sides Icons

We could not understand your query clearly so could you please provide us your requirement as screenshot so that we can give appropriate solution for your query.
