windows form application c sharp ado.net ms sql server mdf file

i have create the front end with windows forms and back end with ms sql server mdf file,,,,when i setup and deploy the application ,,,network related instance error is coming ,,,but if i install in my computer, the data base connection is working properly. i am using mdf file as database

Can you share the error details and also the control you are using that will help us to share more appropriate solution. Here I have attached the a sample where datagrid fills data from mdf file which works fine.
