enablePersistence

Hello,

I am trying to save my Grid config including groupSettings.
With the property enablePersistance to true  I am able to save everything inside groupSettings except captionFormat which is inside a template.

Can you explain to me the procedure to save the captionFormat allongs with the groupSettings?

Thanks for using Syncfusion product. 
 
From your query, we understand that you are facing issue (not able to persist the captionFormat with enablePersistence). We have prepared a sample as per your suggestion and we are able to reproduce one issue (groupCaption button is not working after reloading the page). 
 
 
Can you please confirm whether the above reported is the issue you are facing?. If not share the following details 
 
  1. Share the full grid rendering.
  2. Share the details regarding the GroupCaption template.
  3. Share the screenshot of script error in console window before / after reloading the page. (if any)  
  4. Share the video demonstration of the reported issue.
  5. If possible try to reproduce the reported issue in provided sample.
  6. Share your essential studio version (XX.X.X.XX).
  7. Kindly ensure to un the sample after clearing the cache or in incognito mode.
