Hi Asim,

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

We have prepared a prototype sample that shows the list of files available in remote server (Here the files under “Files” folder in ASP.NET MVC application). On choosing an item from this list loads the document from server. We have also added options to save the document at remote server under same folder using ajax call. Kindly refer the below screenshots.

Load files from server
Save files at server

Please let us know if the above sample fulfilled your requirement. If not kindly share the more details about your scenario.

Regards,
Prakash Kumar

Hi Asim,

We have validated the reported issue in IIS6 and Windows 7. On further validating IIS 6 is part of Windows Server 2003 and Windows 7 comes with IIS 7.5 by default. And the sample provided in (8th October 2018) is target to .Net Framework 4.5. .Net 4.5 system requirement indicate that Server 2003, thus IIS 6, is not supported. Please find the .Net frame work system requirement below

In Windows 7 and IIS 7, document editor sample is working fine. Could you please check whether reported issue is with Windows 7 and IIS 6 and it seems Windows 7 having IIS 7 by default? This help us to serve you better.

Ramya T
