Adding click event to userhandles

Question

Is there any way to allow click  event on a userhandle. Once the userhandle is click,  a div/modal opens with details info?

Requirement: details info when click on user handles.

In this sample, we have created a user handle for the node, so by clicking on the connector tool the orthogonal line has been drawn from the node and the settings tool is used to display a alert that “you have clicked a node settings”.
