"The included Syncfusion license is invalid: "

Hello,
My Xamarin Forms app uses the sfAutoCOmplete, the sfTabView and the sfUpDown controls. I upgraded all of them today to the latest version (16.2.0.41) and added the license as explained in your docs (https://help.syncfusion.com/common/essential-studio/licensing/license-key). Unfortunately I always get a the license invalid message box when I open the application. I tried with two licenses so far: one generated from the license we bought and one as a trial using my own profile. Both with the same result.
I am using Nuget to install the controls.
I have a release this week. How can I solve this problem? Should I change to your nuget server? Do I have to download the latest version and add the references by hand (I hope not).
Thanks,
Jose

Hi Jose,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support.

You may registered the Syncfusion license with setup unlock key. Please refer the below link to generate the license key.

https://help.syncfusion.com/common/essential-studio/licensing/license-key#how-to-generate-syncfusion-license-key

Register the license key in your Xamarin.Forms application.

https://help.syncfusion.com/common/essential-studio/licensing/license-key#xamarinforms

Could you share the screenshot of registered license on your application if still face the licensing issue?

Kannan

Hi Rabhia,

I am still getting the licenser error, even after I followed the recommended steps as outlined in the

Register the license key in your Xamarin.Forms application.

Any clue what I may be missing ? I just copied the line of registering the licensekey in Android and iOS functions as specified. Other lines in the snippet were assumed to be a part of example. Is that correct assumption ?

Thanks
