How to apply the community license to the report writer nuget packages

Hi,
How can i apply my community license to the report writer nuget packages since i want to use it to render pdf files from rdlc locally in my .net core app? I tried setting up the license in my asp.net core project with the Syncfusion licensing library using my unlock key for version 3.1.0.33 but it still appears as "free trial ". I tried using it the approach below but with no success.

Hi Kevin, 
 
We have provided the licensed build only for the Essential studio release builds, but you have applied the community license for the ReportPlatform build. So can you please generate the key for the Essential Studio build, please refer to the below UG documentation link for more detail,
